The Role: As a full-time automotive warranty administrator who possesses the unique combination of superior customer service and automotive knowledge, you will be helping consumers and shops file and process automotive repair, tire, battery, and roadside assistance claims. We are not an extended warranty company! Help us add that personal touch to our interactions by being part of a wonderful team while you sit and/or stand at a desk while taking phone calls in a clean, welcoming, climate-controlled office.

Location: Westminster, CO

Duties/Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls from consumers, repair facilities, and clients’ field representatives

  • Accurately start and update claim information in database
  • Effectively communicate program coverage to callers and thoroughly answer any questions
  • Use empathy with each call
  • Process electronic claim paperwork
  • Make calls to request missing information and to pay claims
  • Assist consumers in finding participating facilities
  • Work directly with shops to help consumer receive their warranty benefits

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of automotive components, diagnostic information, and tires
  • Background in the automotive industry – this could be previous employment as a technician, service advisor, parts person, or automotive warranty administrator
  • Excellent customer service skills (ability to display empathy and gauge fairness)
  • Proficient computer skills (i.e., typing and navigating several computer programs while speaking on the phone)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/French) desired, but not required
  • Compensation: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

Hours: ABS is open 6am – 6pm M-F and 7am – 4pm Saturday; shifts are 8 hours; shift hours TBD and are typically consistent
